Wesley Stark is a managing director of Bluestone Investment Banking Group and founding partner of Stark Winter Schenkein & Co., LLP and has been in public accounting and financial services for over 40 years.

Wes has developed a diverse accounting and financial consulting practice over the years concentrating primarily on business valuation, expert witness testimony, audit and taxation. He continues to maintain a large practice for publicly held and private companies as well as an extensive business consulting and tax practice. He is a former partner of a national CPA firm giving him a deeper perspective to service his clientele.

Through the years, Wes expanded his traditional accounting practice into the areas of business valuations, business advisory services and litigation consulting. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory services, financial forecasting and strategic business planning. Wes is a Certified Valuation Analyst and is qualified as an expert in numerous state and federal courts on securities matters, transaction analysis, business interruption, commercial damages, fraud, business valuation, standard of care, incentive stock options, accounting malpractice and intellectual property matters. Wes has testified in over 100 cases and has been involved in over 200 business valuations throughout the years.

Wes is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association for Certified Fraud Examiners, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is an associate member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice accounting in the States of Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, New Mexico and Washington.
